Hello,
I just bought the
Spacemouse and tried OpenSCAD where I was full of hope because of the complex properties.
But it seems to me either I don't get it to work or the developers have no Spacemouse and have blindly coded? If the latter happened I would ask you to buy one ( It's € ~177,-), I supported you already but I would add something more if you respond positively.
The main issue is that the axis are not enough, also the "point of view" is not the solution. It needs more something like "the way of watching the the object"..
The 'Zoom Y' to Axis 1 is the right direction, but it needs still moving Y but not directly.. (that's above my english and understanding)
it starts with 'correct' alignment regarding x,y, then I rotate it 90º so that x and y is flipped) and it moves fix on x axis while I expect to move it y (the intention of moving with the spacemouse). The turbine is a demo for movements. It works the same (with some speed adaptions) in Fusion360 and Prusa Slicer.
If I'm totaly wrong here please give me a hint how I get it to work or where to post. Thank you!
