the attached patch makes the build process configurable by accepting a
PREFIX=/usr (or /opt or whatever) option to qmake. previously, the
prefix was hardcoded to /usr/local, which is suitable for users who
install the software themselves, but not for distributions.
debian and opensuse both independently maintain patches that
change the hardcoded value to /usr; if this patch gets accepted, there
will be no need for that any more. (the .spec file would have to invoke
"qmake PREFIX=/usr" instead of "qmake", in debian it's a default
