man page

hi openscad developers,

some time ago i wrote a man page for the openscad debian package (it is
policy that every program in debian has to have one), but i
think it's more useful to have it in the original source.

if you want to include it, see attached openscad.1; it is up to date
with the latest changes to the command line options.

p.s.: related to that, there were some curly braces left over in the
output of the --help usage message; according to [1] ("in
metalanguages") and how i feel such messages should be, it has to be
"openscad [ -o output_file [ -d ...] ]" instead of "openscad [ { -o
output_file } [ -d ...] ]". a patch is attached.
