Tapered roller bearing cylinder problem

arshreet
I am creating Tapered roller bearing. Please look for the code below:

http://pastebin.com/6pgMD5VT

The outer cylinders are not completely in round shape. Is there any
function to make the outer cylinders smooth or this is the default
behavior in OpenScad.

You can provide $fn=30 as an argument to the cylinder function to define the number of facets used in the approximation of the circle. You can also set this globally by adding that to the top of the script.

Note that this will give you smoother circles, but also increase render times considerably.

I think that is the beauty of OpenScad. We have the ability to control
the production at every level.
