To throw another license into the mix, the GPL and related licenses are only triggered by software distribution, which means that it applies to software companies, but not service providers. The AGPL covers this case as well. So if the intent is that all enhancements to OpenSCAD, or to libraries, need to be shared, then the AGPL might be appropriate.
