Question re Automatic Reload & compile

If Auto reload/compile is off, and I have a loaded .scad, but have not
compiled it,
should turning it on actually do a compile (as it just did*) or should it
only compile AFTER reloaded a new version, which is what I expected?
* happened to be a big minkowski... :(

Re: Question re Automatic Reload & compile

nophead
Auto reload simply calls F4 every 200ms. F4 looks will compile if it has never been called before or if anything has changed since the last time. This is deliberate as people expect a file to be compiled after opening it with auto reload and compile on. It was briefly broken and people complained, so I fixed it.
