Problems on Mint Linux

Jeff Myer
I am having a problem with rendering anything but the "Thrown together" View.  I receive the following error in terminal:

RenderTexture Error: Couldn't find a suitable pixel format.

Also no image is rendered. If I switch to the "Thrown Together" view I get an image but not the image I expect.

Any thoughts on this will be appreciated. If I need to provide any additional information, let me know.

Are you able to render using the F6 command?

If so, this sounds like you don't have OpenGL 2.x drivers on your computer.
The F5 preview command requires OpenGL 2.x to render.

The error message could be better..
