Openscad used to run but now would no start on windows 10

bobbywong
I have been using Openscad for 4 years.  It has been working fine.

But it could not start yesterday on the same laptop that has Windows 10.
When starting openscad, the Welcome OpenScad shows up.   But when I choose
Example, CSG.scad, then Open Example (I'm trying to open some that is
default).   The main Openscad window shows up.  But a Windows dialog box
shows up with "opencad.exe has stopped working with a message.  A program
caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will closethe program
and notify you if a solution is available. "     This is a typical dialog
box when a program has crashed.

I have using windows 2015.03-2 (64b).  It has a problem.
I uninstalled it and reinstalled it.  It has the same problem.
I uninstalled it and installed 2017-01-02 (64b).  It has the same problem.
I have turned off virus scan.  It has the same problem.

Here is the openscad --info:

Here is list of Windows Update on my laptop:

Please help.

I have some more questions:

1) Does openscad depend on any Microsoft C++ Redistribution?
2) Does openscad requires any graphic HW acceleration?
3) Does openscad requires any OS level support that I can check to see if
they are enable?

Thanks.

Hi Bobby, your post got filed as Spam, gmail didn't like your yahoo setup
for some reason.

Anyway..

Please look in Eventviewer for the crash details.

Re your Q's.
a) [I'll leave that for others]
b) Not particularly, but it does rely on the drivers for OpenGL, make sure
you're on the latest version.
3) Nothing in particular, plenty of people run it on W10.
