OpenSCAD for dummies

tjhowse
I've had such great fun using OpenSCAD and I want to help spread the joy. Many of the people to whom I recommend OS are turned away by the apparent complexity of using the software versus the more immediate point'n'click operation of other CAD programs. Has anyone written a step-by-step tutorial to using OS? If not, I would volunteer to write one. I'll post something up tomorrow.

There are a number of tutorials listed on openscad.org.
I know that people have found these ones particularly useful: http://blog.thingiverse.com/2011/01/28/open-scad-tutorial-roundup/
