Minor UI bug: selecting "Save" on a New Document doesn't trigger "Save As"

Hi Clifford,

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OpenSCAD

2.  Type in some text in the "New Document" editor pane.

3. Select "File - Save"
        - throws "Failed to open file for writing: (No such file or directory)"

Expected behavior would be for the "File - Save As" function to be
called.

Thanks!

Andrew.

Fixed in svn together with misc. other menu updates.

Hi again,

If any of you Mac people wants to live on the bleeding edge, I'm
trying to keep a binary snapshot for Mac OS X updated.
See under "Download Development Snapshots" on http://openscad.org.

Keep posting bug reports and feature requests.

Thanks for cleaning up the menu key-bindings.  Accessing Fn keys are
awkward on my MBPro.

Andrew.
