I am new to this forum. I have looked for a long while for a good 3D design package, and OpenSCAD simply blows all of the rest of them away. I have made several successful designs for 3D printing, and the technique is far ahead of trying to design with a graphic interface.
Right now, I am making a small "elbow" (a right angle pipe bend), and the attached SCAD file is what I have used. Although this will work fine in the application, esthetically, I'd rather have a smooth bend at the junction, as is usual in pipe elbows. I'd be very grateful if someone would explain how I could change my design to achieve such an effect.
