How do I force a reload of the fonts (Win 10)?

drxenocide
I was working on a file, I downloaded and installed a font. Closed and reopened OpenSCAD, and the new font is not available in the font list.

It does it automatically.
When you do Help/Font-list, you can see a small dialogue box pop-up briefly.
We have seen some non-standard fonts which don't work.
