Fixes to test-code

Giles Bathgate-2
I don't know whether this test code is used any more but while trying to
compile the code in the test-code sub dir I found a few compile errors.

The attached patch fixes these compile errors. I also found that the
test scripts use features of bash but have #!/bin/sh in the top line so
these fail on my system. I fixed those too.

Regards

Giles

Thanks. Applied to svn and git.
For the time being I'll just push a mirror of the svn repos to the master branch of this git repos:
 [hidden email]:kintel/openscad.git

I'll also push my refactoring branch to the same repos (the "visitor" branch).

Btw., does anyone know other sites than Indefero which offers mapping to our own domain (e.g. git.openscad.org would be nice to be able to publish as the master repos, which would also make it easy to switch provider later on).

If you can afford it get a virtual server and install Indefero or cgit
there. If you are feeling adventurous you can install Gitorious.
Apparently you can even install GitHub, since I've heard that a very
large portion of it is open source...... what's that you say? oh I can't
download it? damn.

It wasn't meant to be taken seriously. I just like joking around
sometimes. Communities should be fun and vibrant, and full of people who
can make jokes, and see the funny side when jokes are made on them.

Seriously though if you took offence then my apologies.

Giles.
