DXF Import: SPLINE

stonysmith
I would like to extrude a DXF. I'm getting this message:

WARNING: Unsupported DXF Entity 'SPLINE' (1c1) in "house.dxf".

Obviously, the file does contain spline(s).  Is there any simple way to work
around this?

I'm using the bitmap-trace function of Corel X3 and then exporting it as a
DXF, and the lowest version Corel seems to want to export is AutocadR13.

There should be a way to split the splines in Corel into line segments, but I'm not too familiar with that software.
Adding spline support to OpenSCAD would of course be nice - on the wishlist :)

If you're gonna go with Inkscape, might as well try my plugin: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:14221
